Freebies For A Cause: Project Semicolon

Freebies For A Cause is my recently-launched effort to contribute towards good causes with free web graphics. Project Semicolon was the first cause I chose, as it stems from a topic that I, and others within my life and family, have related personally to over the years. Project Semicolon aims to bring support and awareness to anyone who has been effected by depression, self-harm, addiction or suicidal thoughts. Supporters use the semicolon (;) as a symbol (often as a tattoo or drawing) to symbolise their determination to stay strong and not give up on life. Find out more here.

To kick-start Freebies For A Cause, I created a range of Facebook timeline covers & profiles available for anyone to download and use in support of the cause. In all there are about six main styles available, with a range of variations of each style (roughly twenty variants in total.)

This is an ongoing cause and my contribution towards it is also ongoing. If ever I find myself with a whim and the spare time to create another graphic, I’ll do so and add it to the collection. Suggestions are also welcome.

If anyone would like to nominate a cause for one of my upcoming Freebies For A Cause projects, please feel welcome to get in touch.
